The Consular fee is £8.00 per document for most documents. The fee for Powers of Attorney increases by £2 per executant: For a Power of Attorney for one person, £3.00 (+ £2.00 Bank Charges) For a Power of Attorney for two persons, £5.00 (+ £2.00 Bank Charges) Requirements for submission of documents at the consular section: Personal appearance* of executant(s); Attestation by the Foreign Commonwealth Office (Apostille); Provision of each Executant’s original valid British passport or driving license along with its photocopy; UK contact number; Original document(s) along with a complete set of photocopies of all the documents being submitted for attestation/legalisation.
